Free Play and Early Learning for 2 - 4 Year Olds

Places for 3 and 4 year olds

If you are interested in a free place for your 3 or 4 year old please just give us a call or send us an email as we have very limited places.

All three and four year olds are eligible for 15 free hours of early learning.  The earliest your child can start is the term AFTER they are three years old.  The three terms are 1st January, 1st April and 1st September.

Our sessions are 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.  You can attend the 15 hours as 3 seperate sessions or one day and half a day.  Additonal hours can be added to your funded hours and these will be invoiced at our normal rate.

Due to the grant we receive from Sheffield City Council for free early learning hours we do have to subsidise this care so cannot include lunch and tea in with the sessions.  We ask you bring a packed lunch or tea for your child or we can provide  lunch (£2.00 per session) or tea (£1.50 per session)  for a small charge paid at the beginning of every half term and half terms are 6 weeks.

Children receive inclusive of their hours with us breakfast, snack and drinks on demand

We have a rich stimulating curriculum in our pre-school created by our Early Years practitioners and we have a ratio of 1:8 rather than the school nursery ratio of 1:14.

We keep you informed of your child's progress and work towards school readiness.
